    Dom Pérignon, moine bénédictin nommé cellérier de l'abbaye d'Hautvillers en 1668, marqua son époque par sa contribution à l'élaboration du vin de champagne, à l'origine conçu pour être un vin " tranquille » (sans bulles) . Ce vin ample et complexe, aux superbes arômes de fruits secs et de pains grillés se distingue par une longueur en bouche impressionnante.Le DP, champagne le plus connu au monde est très recherché par les amateurs connaissant ses extraordinaires capacités de vieillissement. 58% Chardonnay, 42% Pinot noir Viticulture: Conventionnel Intensité vin : Dosage classique Arôme: Fruits blancs. IW:15/20;=>2035,H=+10%
