    Le Brut Carte Jaune signé de la maison de champagne Veuve Clicquot est basé sur un assemblage majoritaire de pinot noir .Cet assemblage est complété par environ 30% de chardonnay pour la fraîcheur et la vivacité et 20% de pinot meunier qui apporte une touche fruitée.C’est une cuvée au nez massif, qui s’impose sur des notes de fruits. Au second nez, ce sont des saveurs de fruits secs et d’épices qui apparaissent, ponctuées par une touche briochéeUne touche de vinosité vient affirmer le style maison avant la finale qui prolonge le plaisir sur une note épicée.
