    L'Hermitage la Chapelle de Jaboulet est certainement l'un des plus grands vins rouges au monde. Ce vin d'une incroyable concentration nécessite une garde minimale de dix ans pour déployer l'ampleur de ses arômes.Dans sa jeunesse, l'Hermitage la Chapelle se distingue par une robe foncée développant des arômes d'une incroyable intensité. Légèrement boisé, avec des notes d'épices et de fruits sauvages très mûrs dans sa jeunesse, la Chapelle développe après un long vieillissement des arômes de réglisse, de fruits confits, de champignons, de cuir et de sous-bois.
