    Le Cristal Rosé 2008 est une cuvée d’exception qui offre une palette d’arôme incroyable. C’est un champagne qui marie 56% de Pinot Noir et 44% de Chardonnay. Une partie de ces vins (17%) est vinifiée sous bois afin d’apporter une touche de patine et de complexité. L’élaboration du Cristal Rosé est totalement à part en Champagne. La maison Roederer a développé une technique unique, appelée « infusion ».
