    Bu en 2017 : Magnifique, bouquet enivrant, fruits rouges, noires, caramel. En bouche, puissant, mais aussi suave, chocolat/vanille élégant persistant sans être agressif. Le goût reste mais ne gâche pas le goût des aliments : ici filet de bœuf (aubrac de 4 ans) au morilles. Un mariage parfait !
