    Nez profond. Très "terreux", doublé de notes de Cuir assez marquées. Le fruit est loin, mais il est là. Subtil. Le tout est d'un bel équilibre. La Robe est presque "noire". Dense. Incroyablement dense... Belle dégustation en perspective ;) Surtout sur ce gigot qui nous attend. Mais là, badaboum. C'est bon.. Et indéniablement bien fait mais c'est finalement assez austère. Massif mais "monolithique". On ne sort pas des "sous bois". Le fruit qui était arrivé en second nez est littéralement écrasé par les tertiaires. Je m'attendais à un grand moment, c'est juste bon. Je suis déçu. Peut-être était ce moi qui était fermé "hier soir".
