    J’ai un faible pour Carbonnieux depuis un diner au Gala des Sommelier de Paris. J’avais eu la chance d’être en face de M Perrin Père et la conversation fut délicieuse. C’était il y a longtemps et depuis la nouvelle génération a repris le flambeau. Carbonn
